1. Who we are and what this covers

These Terms govern your use of yourgirlfriendexperience.com ("the Site"), operated by Your Girlfriend Experience ("we", "us"). The Site is an independent editorial publication about AI companion software. By using it you agree to these Terms.

2. There is no service to buy here

Until September 2026 this domain operated a paid AI companion subscription service. That service has been discontinued. There is nothing for sale on this Site, no account to create, no subscription, no payment of any kind, and no way to message any of the characters shown in the gallery. If you find a page or link suggesting otherwise, it is an error — please tell us at support@yourgirlfriendexperience.com.

3. Eligibility — 18+

The Site discusses adult products and adult themes and is intended for people aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that it is lawful for you to view adult material where you are.

4. The AI-generated images

Every character portrait on this Site is generated by an image model. The characters are fictional. None of them depicts a real person, no photographs were taken, and no models were photographed. Any resemblance to a real individual is unintended and coincidental. The images are produced in the likeness of adults only.

5. Editorial independence and advertising

The Site is funded entirely by advertising. Specifically:

• We display third-party advertising, including pop-under, interstitial and push ad formats, supplied by an external ad network. We do not choose, endorse or control the individual advertisements shown to you.
• We also display our own house banners promoting other websites we operate.
• We take no affiliate commission from any AI companion app named on this Site, and no company has paid for a mention, a review, a ranking or a favourable opinion. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on the page concerned.

6. Accuracy of information about third-party products

We write about software we do not control. Prices, features, plans and policies of third-party apps change frequently and without notice. Every page carrying pricing states when those prices were last checked. Always verify with the provider before paying them anything. We make no warranty that information about any third-party product is current, complete or correct, and we are not responsible for your dealings with any third party.

7. Not professional advice

Some pages discuss loneliness, relationships and wellbeing. This is general editorial writing, not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please speak to a doctor or a therapist.

8. Acceptable use

You may read, link to and quote from the Site. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, attempt to breach its security, or republish substantial portions of its text as your own.

9. Intellectual property

The written content and the generated images on this Site are ours. Third-party names, trademarks and products referred to belong to their respective owners, and are used for identification and commentary only — their mention implies no affiliation with or endorsement by them.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on any information on it, or your dealings with any third party or advertiser found through it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these Terms. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
